Frequently asked questions

1 – What time can I arrive?

For rentals
In season and out of season we wait for you from 12 am. You will have to leave the mobile home the day of your departure before 10 am.
For the week ends out of season, you can arrive at 12 am, there is no departure time on Sunday (you can fully enjoy your weekend and leave the mobile home at 8 pm unless the rental is taken back on Sunday)
For the pitches :
Arrivals are from 12 am and departures for 12 am.
Same for the weekends, you can enjoy your Sunday

For late arrivals after 7 pm, please contact the campsite in advance and inform them of your arrival time.

2 – Mobile home : can we arrive on the day of our choice ?

In April until June 7, you can arrive on the day of your choice (depending on availability) for 2 nights or more.
In July and August arrivals and departures are on Saturday, for a minimum of 7 days.
In September, the days of arrival are Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays for a duration of 7 days.
Do not hesitate to contact us if you have a special request (5 nights instead of 7 in September for example)

3 – I will arrive only the next day / I will leave the day before…

No refunds will be made in these cases. We invite you to inform us of a late arrival so that we do not worry unnecessarily. In the case of an early departure, we invite you to inform us of the time of your departure so that we can organize internally for the inventory of fixtures with you.

4 – Will there be a deposit to pay during my stay?

For rental stays, a deposit will be required at the beginning of your stay. The amount of the latter is 200€ +75 euro household
The totality of this deposit will be returned to you at the latest 3 days after your departure if the accommodation is returned clean, after deduction of the indemnities retained for the possible damage caused, unpaid services, loss of keys given at the time of your arrival.

5 – Is the end of stay cleaning included in my reservation?

The cleaning at the end of the stay is not included in the price of the stay

At the time of your departure, you are asked to:
Clean your accommodation completely (shower, toilet, etc., as well as the terrace)
– Empty the fridge, clean it and defrost it
– Empty and take out the garbage,
– Doing the dishes,
– Remove disposable mattress covers and protectors from beds,
– Cleaning the barbecue grill

However, it is possible to subscribe to the “End of stay cleaning” supplement when you make your reservation, by checking the paying option in the “Supplements” section, or to indicate it when you call us in the case of a reservation by phone.
If you opt for this supplement, you will be asked to:
Empty your garbage cans and fridge,
– Washing the dishes, putting them away

6 – Can I arrive after the reception is closed?

YES, within reason. We are staying on site, so we can exceptionally welcome you until 10pm.

7 – Can I access the aquatic area without staying at the campsite?

Our aquatic areas are reserved exclusively for our clients. We thank you for your understanding.

8 – Are swim shorts allowed in our pools?

Yes, shorts, briefs, boxer shorts, one-piece and two-piece suits are allowed.

9 – What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?

For the rentals, the maximum capacity can be found on the description of each rental sheet.
The maximum capacity of the pitches is 6 persons.

10 – How do the entries/exits work in the car?

Barriers are installed at the entrance of the campsite that you can open with the badge that will be given to you upon your arrival.
Value of the badge in case of loss: 20€.
No vehicles are allowed to move around the campground from 10:30 pm to 8 am, except in case of emergency.

11 – Can I install a tent or other structure on my mobile home site?

No. For safety reasons, it is not allowed to put up a tent or any other material on the mobile home pitch.

12 – I have one more person to sleep…

For reasons of comfort, the rentals have a maximum capacity of 4 or 6 people, depending on the model of mobile home. If you plan to receive an additional person, make sure to rent a mobile home that is able to accommodate this person and to declare the new occupant to the campsite reception in order to pay the tourist tax and to see the different modalities.

13 – I have a preference for a mobile home…

Would you like a specific location or to be side by side with your family or friends? The earlier you book, the more likely it is to be possible. Do not hesitate to contact us.

14 – Are babies and children counted in the number of people for accommodation?

At La corsive, families are welcome!
The maximum capacity displayed for our rentals includes all participants in the stay, including children and babies. Same for the camping sites

15 – From what age are the children taken in charge by animators?

Our campsites welcome your child from the age of 3 for an activity supervised by a counselor.

Modification of my reservation

16 – How can I modify my stay?

For any request of modification of your stay, contact us by mail or by phone, we will do our best to satisfy you.

17 – What are the conditions of modification?

You can modify your stay according to the following conditions:
– Up to 7 days before arrival, the stay can be modified free of charge if it takes place during the current season.
– The stay can be postponed to new dates (within the same season). The stay can be postponed to the next season.
– Any difference in price at the time of the change between the old and the new stay will be charged to the customer. If the new stay turns out to be less expensive than the old one, there will be no refund of the difference.
– From 7 days before arrival and for any stay started, the stay cannot be modified.
Deadlines are calculated from the date of receipt of the change request form.

Cancellation of my reservation

18 – How can I cancel my stay?

For any cancellation request, call us or contact us by email.

19 – What are the cancellation conditions?

In case of cancellation up to 7 days before the arrival date, refund of the deposit paid by the customer;
In case of cancellation from 6 days before the date of arrival, your deposit will be kept.

If you have purchased cancellation insurance, you are subject to the cancellation policy received from your insurance company. We will study your file according to the cancellation conditions subscribed with the latter.

Unused services
Any interrupted or shortened stay (late arrival, early departure) due to your fault will not give rise to a refund.

20 – Rates, regulations, tourist tax… what does the price of your stay include?

Our prices are inclusive of VAT and include :

The tourist tax is 0.65€ per night, per person over 18 years old.

21 – When do I have to pay my deposit and the balance?

A reservation becomes firm and definitive upon receipt of your deposit.
The deposit represents 25% of the total amount of the stay + 10€ booking fee.
You can pay the deposit by bank transfer, check, credit card or ANCV vacation vouchers.
The balance of your stay will be paid on the day of your arrival for the rentals, the day before your departure for the pitches.
